主讲人简介：塞巴斯蒂安·豪格博士是德国发展与可持续性研究院的高级研究员。他是《国际组织中的权力转移：中国在联合国》（全球政策2024）和《世界政治研究中的“全球南方”：审视一个元范畴》（第三世界季刊2021）的主要编辑。他的最新研究成果发表在《国际事务》、《国际研究评论》和《国际研究视角》等刊物上。在IDOS工作之前，塞巴斯蒂安曾在联合国驻北京和墨西哥城办事处工作，并在伊斯坦布尔政策中心、墨西哥学院和纽约大学有过短暂的任职经历。他拥有牛津大学理学硕士学位和剑桥大学博士学位。

Introduction to the Speaker: Dr Sebastian Haug is a Senior Researcher at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS). He is the lead editor of “Power shifts in international organisations: China at the United Nations” (Global Policy 2024) and “The Global South in the study of world politics” (Third World Quarterly 2021). His latest research has been published by outlets such as International Affairs, the Review of International Studies and International Studies Perspectives. Prior to IDOS, Sebastian worked for the UN in Beijing and Mexico City and did stints at the Istanbul Policy Center, the College of Mexico and New York University. He holds a Master’s of Science from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
