主讲人简介：杨洁勉博士曾任上海国际问题研究院党组书记、院长，现为该院学术咨询委员会主任、研究员。主要社会兼职有：国家区域国别研究中心专家委员会成员、外交部外交政策咨询委员会委员、国家社科基金评审专家组成员等。曾获“中共中央和国务院授予的世博先进个人奖”、“国务院特殊津贴”和“上海市杰出专业人士”。研究重点为大国关系、国际体系、全球治理和中国外交等，主持过多项国家和上海市重大社科项目。研究方向为国际体系和大国关系，发表专（合）著20余部和论文约200篇，并多次获得上海社科优秀专著和论文奖。

Introduction to the Speaker: Dr. Yang Jiemian is Director of the Academic Advisory Committee and Research Fellow at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), where he previously served as Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Academic Affairs Council. He holds several national academic and policy advisory roles, including Member of the Expert Committee of the National Center for Region and Country Studies, the Foreign Policy Advisory Group of Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Evaluation Expert Group of the National Social Science Fund. Dr. Yang has received numerous honors, including the Excellence Award for the World Expo, the State Council Special Allowance, and the title of Outstanding Professional in Shanghai. His research focuses on major power relations, the international system, global governance, and China’s foreign policy. He has led major national and municipal research projects, published over 20 monographs and co-authored volumes, and authored around 200 academic papers. His work has received multiple Shanghai Outstanding Social Science Awards.
